Our 360 Approach...Your Lifestyle

Our approach focuses on the whole you.  As we move through each component, whether it’s the assessment, coaching, menu planning or fitness training, we will customize each step of the way.  The new choices you make will be simple modifications that collectively result in an overall healthier lifestyle!

Real Assessment

Prior to your first coaching session you'll complete three assessments.  These will serve as the foundation of identifying which systems are imbalanced, your stress load and metabolic rate.

  • Assessment #1:  Metabolic Self-Test determines how you as an individual are designed to eat.  Failure to eat according to your metabolic type can lead you to have something called “Leaky Gut Syndrome”. Eating according to your metabolic type will have a dramatic impact on how you feel both inside and out. 

  • Assessment #2:  Stress Load Assessment signifies which organ system is inflamed or out of balance. Inflammation internally can cause joint pain, physical discomfort and mental fatigue. A proper exercise prescription can be determined once these areas are identified.

  • Assessment #3:  10 Day Food Journal provides an overview of how you eat on a daily basis, your sleeping patterns, relaxation time and activities. Helping you achieve balance through your diet will provide sustainable energy, mental clarity and improve sleep.

Your first coaching session occurs after assessment is analyzed.  The analysis will serve as the foundation of your 360 Action Plan.  This is YOUR JOURNEY and YOUR PLAN.  Enhancements and changes to your lifestyle will be simple modifications that yield great rewards!

Eat Real

It may be tempting to blame what you eat or your metabolism for weight gain. But because metabolism is a natural process, your body has many mechanisms that regulate it to meet your individual needs.  Managing your ideal weight is complicated. A combination of genetic makeup, hormonal controls, diet composition and your lifestyle are factors that result in an energy equation imbalance. You gain weight when you eat more calories than you burn — or burn fewer calories than you eat.

Knowing your metabolic rate can aide in this process to ensure you are eating the right type of food for your body, so you are able to manage your weight more effectively.  We will build a custom, sustainable eating approach that takes into consideration all factors yet allows you to stay full and actually enjoy food!

Real Training

Exercise isn't just about losing weight; that may not even be one of your goals.  We are aiming for a healthy body and mind.  Exercise will strengthen your muscles, improve flexibility, increase your energy and stamina as well as provide a mental stress release.

You will learn what type of exercises are appropriate for you as an individual rather than using a cookie-cutter workout program.

  • A healthy strong body that you love, no limitations to do the things you want to do.  A clear mind to make effective decisions, a sense of peace, and learning how to truly know who you are and love yourself unconditionally.

  • When the initial program is complete we naturally fall into a maintenance program, this program is a regular check in once a month to prevent any old habits re-emerging, we will also discuss what is continuing to work for you and what may need adjusting based on new occurrences that may arise in your life.
