Life Coaching/Personal Transformation: If you feel there is conflict in your life an, indecision in your heart or you just feel stuck, let Elaina be of assistance. If you feel directionless or distraught, let Elaina serve as that voice of reason and guidance. Elaina will assist you in direct, goal oriented sessions tailored to promote the best possible outcomes. As a Holistic Lifestyle Coach along with Spirit and Intuition Elaina's perception is remarkable. Dependent upon the situation, we recommend two to three 60 minute sessions (either in person or via phone) a week for a few weeks. $200 per session. What can I expect from Life Coaching? Your personal Life Coaching session begins with an exploration of short term, reasonable goals. The first session is a method by which to tailor your goals to your own unique circumstances. Suggestions are made to bring these goals to fruition. After the first session, subsequent updates, encouragement and modification of the goals will take place. Most of these follow up sessions come by phone. Clients have utilized Life Coaching in various different ways: advancing career, to aid in the cessation of adverse behavior and unhealthy habits, for moral support during difficult life transitions, to reconnect with loved ones, to promote a more rewarding marriage/relationship, etc.
